Wholesale Refund/Return Policy

With the exception of Damaged or Wrong Items, all sales are final.

Damaged or Wrong Items. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to ensure you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged. Damaged or Missing items must be reported to Signature Minerals via telephone within 48 hours of receipt - it will be taken care of promptly - just be sure to keep all your packaging materials and packing slips in the condition you received them until resolved.

Nothing is more important to us than Customer Satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with every single product you purchase from Signature Minerals and we know you want your clients to be happy too!

If you are uncertain of the marketability of a product to your clients, please purchase in the smallest amount possible. We will not accept returns or give refunds on a product because it does not sell well to your clients. Please encourage your clients to try products before making a purchase. We will not be liable if a product disagrees (in any way) with your client.

Order Changes and Cancellations.
Order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time of the order.

Do NOT return a product to Signature Minerals without prior authorization. If a return is in order (extremely rare), an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required first. Returned items are discarded - not resold.
